Shipping warranty returns

Transportation Policy

◎ Delivery of ready-to-stock products

  1. All in-stock items will be shipped within one week after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  2. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to logistics company operations, weather factors or force majeure. The company does not assume any related responsibility.

 

◎ Pre-order terms

  1. The final delivery date of pre-ordered products is subject to the official announcement of our company. Buyers should pay attention to the latest information on their own. No further individual notification will be given.

  2. Unless the manufacturer or supplier is completely unable to supply the product, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted for pre-ordered products. In the event of a supply issue, the company will only refund the deposit paid and will not be responsible for any additional compensation.

  3. The booking price is based on the amount indicated at the time the order is placed and will not be adjusted regardless of subsequent market price changes.

 

◎ Final payment and delivery deadline

  1. Buyers of pre-ordered products must complete payment and pick up the goods within 14 days after the Company issues the payment notice.

  2. If payment is not made or the goods are not picked up within the deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled, the paid fees will not be refunded, and the goods may be put on sale again without further notice.

 

◎ Delivery Service Terms

  1. The Company will arrange for appropriate logistics companies to deliver the goods according to the order situation. Buyers are not allowed to specify a specific logistics method.

  2. All logistics and tax risks (including but not limited to delays, damage, loss, etc.) are borne by the buyer from the time the goods are delivered to the logistics company.

  3. The terms of service and compensation plan of the logistics company are the agreement between the buyer and the company, and the company does not intervene or take any responsibility.

 

◎Disclaimer

  1. The outer packaging of the product may be slightly damaged during transportation due to logistics handling. This is normal and does not constitute a reason for return or exchange.

  2. If the package is returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, no one to sign for it, or it is refused, the buyer will be responsible for the full shipping cost.

  3. The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately without further announcement.

Thank you for purchasing the LINK2CARE® – WATCH2CARE® Chinese and Western Medicine Smart Watch (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). Before activating this Product, please carefully read the following warranty terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").


◎ Warranty General

  1. These terms apply only to products purchased from authorized LINK2CARE® channels.

  2. Please keep your purchase invoice or valid receipt as proof of warranty. If you cannot provide this receipt, the warranty period will be extended by 90 days based on the date of manufacture as indicated by the product serial number.

  3. Any matters not covered by these terms will be governed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase.

  4. LINK2CARE® Customer Service Center reserves the final right of interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.


◎ Warranty Period

  1. Warranty Period for the entire device: One year (12 months) of free warranty service from the date of purchase.

  2. Battery Warranty Period: If the battery's maximum capacity degrades to less than 50% of its original capacity under normal use, it will be covered by the warranty. If it fails to do so, it is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty.

  3. Warranty Period for Accessories such as Straps: The included strap is covered by a three-month (90-day) warranty. This warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship and does not cover wear, discoloration, or aging caused by normal use.


◎ Coverage

  • This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.

  • Under normal use, the following faults caused by defects in material quality or manufacturing process are covered by the free warranty:

  1. The watch unit fails to power on or restarts for no apparent reason.

  2. Abnormal screen display (such as bright or dark spots, lines, flickering, etc.).

  3. Complete failure of sensors (such as heart rate, blood oxygen, and body temperature sensors).

  4. Faulty buttons or charging port (this does not include charging problems caused by contamination of the charging port, which requires proper cleaning).

  5. Cracks in the adhesive (not caused by human error).

 

◎ Warranty Exclusions (Important)

Product failure or damage caused by the following circumstances is not covered by the free warranty and will incur a repair fee:

  • Man-made Damage and Accidents:

  1. Screen cracks or scratches of any kind.

  2. Product damage from liquid or moisture (such as corrosion caused by sweat, rain, or seawater), as well as damage caused by use in high-temperature and high-humidity environments (such as saunas or hot showers).

  3. Physical damage such as impact, dropping, crushing, or burning.

  4. Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, or lightning strike).

 

  • Improper Use and Maintenance:

  1. Damage caused by using non-official LINK2CARE® accessories (e.g., chargers, charging cables).

  2. Failure to operate or store the product in accordance with the product manual.

  3. Appearance wear, minor scratches, or color fading caused by normal use.

  • Trickling and Unauthorized Repair:

  1. Damage caused by any disassembly, repair, or modification by anyone other than officially authorized LINK2CARE® repair personnel.

  • Health Function Disclaimer (Core Terms):

  1. The health monitoring functions of this product (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep analysis, and five-organ health trend assessment) provide reference data for daily health management only and are not intended to be used as medical diagnostic equipment.

  2. Monitoring data should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosing illnesses, taking medication, or making other medical decisions. If you feel unwell, be sure to consult a healthcare professional or a Chinese medicine practitioner and use standard medical equipment for testing.

  3. LINK2CARE® is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise from reliance on the health data collected by this product.


◎ Data Collection Disclaimer

  • If the smartwatch does not collect data (such as sleep data or activity tracking), this does not automatically indicate a product defect. Missing data may be caused by the following factors:

  1. User settings or preferences.

  2. The influence of environmental conditions.

  3. Watch software and app updates or compatibility issues.

 

◎ Evaluation Process

  1. If you believe your smartwatch is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service for an evaluation. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection to determine if it is covered under warranty.

 

◎ Warranty Process

  1. Contacting Customer Service: If a product malfunctions, please first contact our technical support team via the LINK2CARE® official app or our customer service hotline for remote troubleshooting.

  2. Send-in Repair: For service requests, please ship the product and a copy of your invoice to the designated after-sales service address, securely packaging it in its original packaging or with shock-proof materials.

  3. Inspection and Quote: Upon receipt, the after-sales service center will inspect the product. Repairs within the warranty period will be free of charge. For non-warranty issues, a quote will be provided and approved before repair.

  4. Repair Completed: After repair, we will ship the product back to you as soon as possible.

 

◎ Additional Notes

  1. Warranty service does not include data recovery. Before sending your watch for repair, please back up any important data. LINK2CARE® is not responsible for any data loss caused during the repair process.

  2. Defective parts replaced during repair become the property of LINK2CARE®.

  3. For parts repaired during the warranty period, the warranty period will be recalculated for one year from the date of completion of the repair.

  4. Trademarks and Copyright: LINK2CARE® and WATCH2CARE® are registered trademarks of Dayton Industrial Co., Ltd.

Return Policy

◎ Core conditions for returns

  • Time limit: Calculated from 24:00 on the day of receipt. You can apply for quality issues within 3 days. No application will be accepted after the deadline.

  • Product Status:

  1. The product and all accessories (including packaging, anti-counterfeiting labels, and gifts) must be in their original packaging, showing no signs of tampering or use (e.g., fingerprints, wrinkles on the strap, or marks from charger insertion or removal).

  2. Functionality is consistent with factory standards. Activated products must be untied and have no usage history. Coding/anti-counterfeiting can be officially verified.

  • Receipt: A paper invoice or an unedited screenshot of the official order form is required. For offline purchases, the original store receipt is required, and the information must match the product.

 

◎ Returns are not supported

  1. Exceeding the application period;

  2. The product/accessory shows signs of being unpacked, used, or damaged, or has been disassembled or modified by someone else or someone else who has commissioned it;

  3. Failure due to improper use (contact with liquids, extreme environments, etc.);

  4. Lack of valid credentials or inconsistency or forgery of credentials;

  5. Custom-made items, clearance items, expiring items, samples, and defective items;

  6. The product is not returned in its original packaging/has not been shockproofed and has been damaged, or the membership has been activated, data has been bound, or software has been downloaded.

 

Return Process

  • Application: Submit via watch2carehk@gmail.com, including a 360° unedited product video (including packaging and functional testing);

  • Review: Initial review within 1 working day (only 1 opportunity to supplement the documents); technical inspection within 2 working days after passing; if not, a report will be issued and no objections will be accepted;

  • Return: If approved, the package must be returned by designated courier within 24 hours, with the order number uploaded within 1 hour. The package must be marked "Return + Order Number" and accompanied by a handwritten application form, otherwise the package will be rejected;

  • Refund after acceptance: The merchant will conduct triple inspection within 48 hours after receiving the logistics return. If the goods are qualified, the refund will be made within 7 working days (deduction of coupons, points, and bank handling fees); if they are unqualified, they will be sent back (shipping costs are borne by the consumer).
